1) If you are a PLDT myDSL subscriber, please visit one of the
selected PLDT Business Offices listed below.
2) Present your ID and your latest PLDT phone bill to a PLDT
representative. The representative will then hand over the Guild
Wars game box. You will automatically be charged the P165/month
fee on your next phone bill.
3) If the person going to the Business Office is not the subscriber
on record, then you must also bring a SIGNED Letter of Authority from
the subscriber on record. A sample Letter of Authority may be downloaded
HERE.
The subscriber on record is the name indicated in your phone bill.
4) A myDSL subscriber may only avail of this promo once the DSL
connection has already been installed. Guild Wars is best played on a
DSL connection so PLDT will only allow you to get a copy of the game
once you have a working DSL connection.
