Luna stresses the essence of mastering the art of negotiation and the discipline of communication, which will require time and effort before they are mastered.

As his last weapon, Luna advises the youth to give back all the good things to God, who is the Employer of all employers. He attributes all his successes to the Supreme Being while continuing his journey in his field. According to Luna, when one submits himself to "Someone-up-there," he will be able to possess all the necessary tools to build his own success.

It is a bold attempt to bring out the best in every member of the next generation through the author's personal experiences.
